Kionix applies the best practices of the
IC semiconductor business and uses industry-standard fabrication
equipment and techniques to construct three-dimensional, moving,
silicon structures on the scale of modern microelectronics. The
Company utilizes a deep-silicon, next-generation, proprietary
MEMS technology known as plasma micromachining for its
high-volume production. This technology platform enables Kionix
to produce MEMS products whose performance and manufacturing

Exercise Facility
Park tenants may use the locker
rooms, exercise room (aerobic and strength
machines), Jacuzzi, and pool at the Marriott
hotel on Thornwood Drive in the Park. There is a small monthly
fee that includes towel service. You must
subscribe for a minimum of 6 months, in advance.
Become an immediate member by enrolling at the
hotel's front desk. |
Child Care
The Ithaca Community Childcare Center is located in the Park. Other nearby facilities include the
Cooperative Nursery School, and
Ithaca
Montessori School. |
Sports Tickets
The Park management has a limited supply of free
