Cornell officials hold ribbon-cutting ceremony for new East Hill office buildingWHAT: Cornell holds ribbon-cutting ceremony for new East Hill office building WHEN: Thursday, July 26, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. WHERE: 395 Pine Tree Road, behind East Hill Plaza Ithaca, N.Y. – Cornell University hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Thursday, July 26 to commemorate the opening of a three-story, 60,000 square-foot office building located at 395 Pine Tree Road, behind the East Hill Plaza. The new office building will provide Cornell with modern, efficient and flexible office space in a convenient, off-campus location. Cornell is relocating a variety of administrative and non-academic functions to the new facility. Approximately 200 employees from departments located on the university’s central campus, in the Cornell Business and Technology Park and at East Hill Plaza will be relocated to the new East Hill Office Building. This project was developed for Cornell by Integrated Acquisition and Development, a locally owned and managed full-service real estate company. QPK Design served as project architects, the site engineer is TG Miller PC and the general contractor is Hayner Hoyt.
